New Law on Organic Production Adopted
The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Law on Organic Production on December 3, 2025 (Published in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 109/25 of December 4, 2025). This law is harmonized with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products.
The Law shall enter into force on the eighth day after its publication in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, and shall apply from June 1, 2026.
