Support to the Kolubara Biodistrict through the UN project “From Seed to Sustainability – Food Systems 4 All”
The United Nations project “From Seed to Sustainability – Food Systems 4 All” was officially launched yesterday in the town of Mionica in the Kolubara Biodistrict. The project was officially launched in the presence of representatives of the local government of Mionica, the Office of the United Nations (UN) Resident Coordinator in Serbia and the UN agencies, Serbia Organica, members of the Kolubara Biodistrict, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, producers, academic institutions, etc.
The activities of this project were presented, which will also support the activities of the further development of the Kolubara Biodistrict – the first biodistrict formed not only in Serbia but also in Southeast Europe in accordance with the Methodology of the International Network of Eco Regions – IN.N. E. R.
