Our vision is to enrich Serbia with sustainable development and prosperity through the power of organic farming. Our goal is to utilize the ecological advantages of our land, cherish our rich tradition, and encourage innovations to expand our organic production and offerings. We are committed to strengthening our agricultural communities, implementing technological innovations, and building Serbia’s leading position in organic farming at the regional level, with significant influence in the European Union. We pledge to promote sustainability, enhance biodiversity, and ensure economic prosperity for all participants in our organic ecosystem.
MISSION
To advance and expand organic production across Serbia, our mission is to bolster our organization’s capabilities while providing exceptional support to organic producers and processors. We are committed to advocating for policies that support organic farming, actively promoting the principles of organic farming at the national, regional, and international levels. Our efforts are focused on promoting innovation and education in organic farming practices, working closely with the academic community to integrate the latest research and advancements. We aim to expand market access, contribute to local economic and social development, and ensure the availability of high-quality, locally produced organic food. This mission underlines our commitment to improving Serbia’s environmental sustainability and food sovereignty, enhancing the global presence of our organic sector, and addressing the challenges of climate change by promoting sustainable agricultural practices and strengthening the resilience of our farming communities.
“Serbia Organica” cooperates with the Ministry of agriculture, and protection environmental protection, in issues:
- provision of advice related to legislation, joint promotion of organic production,
- brainstorming and exchange of experience in the sector of organic production,
- active participation in the training and provision of data to agricultural households related to importance and possibilities of organic production etc.
“Serbia Organica” is a member of the international organizations like IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements), AGROECOLOGY EUROPE, ISOFAR (International Society of Organic Agriculture Research) and DONAU SOJA
